On July 16th, 2020, OneEighty was notified by Blackbaud, a software service provider, of a data breach affecting our agency along with other non-profit organizations. This breach may have involved your personal information. OneEighty uses Blackbaud-hosted services regarding some of our payment information, donor information, and volunteer information. What Information Was Involved
Blackbaud has advised us that credit card information, bank account information, and social security numbers, were not involved. We do not store any of this information in its Blackbaud applications. We believe that name, payment amount, and payment description may have been exposed.
What This Means for You
While Blackbaud has advised us that it believes no data was released beyond the individual(s) involved in the incident, and they currently indicate that there is no evidence that your personal information will be or has been misused, it is possible that your private information may be exposed or misused.
What We Are Doing
Blackbaud, last week, provided OneEighty with access to the files that were involved in the incident. Information Technology Staff along with the Director of Finance have been diligently working to determine the specific information exposed with this breach. We will continue to work with Blackbaud to assure and enhance the security of your information. We will monitor the situation and provide relevant updates.

We recommend that you be aware of possible misuse or disclosure of your private information, and report any suspected identity theft to us and to the proper law enforcement authorities.
