One-Eighty accepts walk-in appointments with consideration of staff availability. Wait times may vary. To schedule an appointment please call OneEighty between the hours of 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. Monday-Friday.

We ask that you bring a photo id or social security card/birth certificate, insurance card(s), and if employed 2 most recent pay stubs or W-2 to see if you qualify for any reduced fees. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our main number at 330-264-8498.

Our intake paperwork gives us information regarding your health and work history as well as giving us consent to bill insurance, transfer health records to our updated system, send out drug screens, apply for assistance through county funding to help pay for services, and agree to treatment at our facility. After the paperwork has been completed you will meet with a clinician for about an hour to go over your history and discuss what options would work best for your treatment.

If we have proof of income or a lack of income, we can review whether you qualify for our sliding fee scale to see if the cost of services can be reduced. We have funding options to help cover services, such as the support we receive from our local Mental Health and Recovery Board. If your income is low, and meets outlined conditions, we may also suggest signing up for Medicaid to help cover the cost of services at our facility as well as others.

Yes, we have clinicians that see children. They typically like to meet with the parents first to discuss concerns and goals.

Online payments can be made using Square secure payment processing, but you must have a credit/debit card and an active email address. Otherwise, you can pay by check, cash, or card at our Main Office (104 Spink Street, Wooster, OH 44691) or our Millersburg Office (34-C South Clay St. Millersburg, Ohio 44654).
