OneEighty’s Operations Department consists of the management of human resources, management of facilities/maintenance and the management of Information technologies.
Human Resource Management at OneEighty consists of:
- Recruitment and Retention of Staff – Maintains policies and procedures and action steps for recruitment and hiring. Coordinates internal and external job postings that are in compliance with OneEighty policy. Maintains compliance with EEOC. Currently OneEighty has 98 employees.
- Compensation Management – Maintains responsibility for the annual review, preparation and administration of OneEighty’s wage and salary program.
- Benefits Administration – Maintains benefit programs such as Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts, Supplemental Insurance and 401k Retirement plans.
- Performance Appraisal and Management – Oversee the performance appraisal system ensuring managers are clarifying expectations, setting objectives, identifying goals, providing feedback and reviewing results.
- Employee Relations – Maintains open communication channels with employees and managers by answering questions, explaining policies and procedures. Resolves manger and employee dissatisfaction by investigating complaints and concerns, evaluation and offering possible course of action providing advice, guidance and direction.
- Compliance Management – Maintains responsibility for OneEighty’s compliance with federal, state, and local legislation and organization licensing/accreditation bodies, pertaining to all personnel matters.
Facilities/Maintenance Management at OneEighty consist of:
Is a key role for the daily operations, annual maintenance, janitorial and long-term health of 13 properties managed by the department. There are three full time employees who make up the maintenance team. The maintenance team was previously in the spotlight . Check out June Department of the Month for more information.
Information Technologies at OneEighty consist of:
Consulting with management team to assess technology needs and operations. Collaborating with organization staff and management to develop and implement creative strategies to best serve OneEighty’s client population and ensure systems are effective. Managing and troubleshooting internal helpdesk ticketing system for support issues. Maintaining and monitoring proper security controls to protect OneEighty data and networking systems, including firewalls, switches, back-ups, and data storage. Maintaining a strong working knowledge of OneEighty’s Electronic Health Record software applications. Assures the disaster recovery process is capable of meeting recovery standards, business continuity plan in lieu of electronic systems being available, HIPPA compliance related to IT, and other regulatory compliance as needed.
Meet the Staff
Tammy Hart, Director of Operations
Tammy has 20 years of administrative management. She carries a unique talent of organization, business and interpersonal skills, and a strong passion for detail. As the Director of Operations, Tammy is the lead of the Human Resource Department, the person responsible for the management of the Facilities/Maintenance Department as well as the management of the Information Technologies Department of OneEighty. Tammy works closely with the Executive Director and outside counsel to proactively minimize the risks to the organization. In October of this year Tammy will be employed with OneEighty for 10 years. She started in 2010 as the Payroll and Benefits Coordinator. Shortly after hire was asked to also manage the Grants of OneEighty. Tammy has also served at the Executive Coordinator to the Executive Director. In 2016 Tammy joined the Executive Management Team and was promoted to the HR & Administrative Services Manager. Tammy became the Director of Operations in September of 2019.
Prior to working at OneEighty Tammy was employed at a local church as Church Administrator for twelve years. Tammy has been married to her husband Tom since August 23, 1997. They have three sons, Trevor, Noah and Colton who all are in college. Tammy spends her spare time engaged in family activities, loving on her two dogs - Ruby a puggle and Charlie a cockapoo, floating in her pool or reading a book.
Molly Roth, Human Resources Coordinator
Molly supports the Human Resource functions and related administrative functions in maintaining the integrity of the human resources benefit and payroll systems. Some key tasks for the position include: meeting with all new hires for onboarding and exit interviews for those separating, maintaining all employment records, processing bi-weekly payroll, ensuring the enrollment and termination of employees with all appropriate benefit providers, tracks a multitude of required trainings for each employee to ensure compliance. Molly has worked at OneEighty since April 2016. Prior to OneEighty, Molly managed for Applebee’s for 10 years and was the General Manager of Campus Dining at the College of Wooster for 10 years.
Molly was born and raised in Wooster and graduated from Wooster High School in 1993. She married her husband, Joe Roth on October 19, 2013 and has 2 daughters – Hannah who is 21, going to be a Senior at Kent State University, studying to be an Intervention Specialist and Leah, who is 17 and going to be a Senior at Wooster High School. They have 3 dogs, love to camp, travel and spend time with friends and family.
Peter Evans, Information Technology and Infrastructure Manager
Peter provides leadership, planning, oversight and management for all areas of IT strategy, development, implementation and oversees daily activity of all aspects of the IT function. Born in England, Peter grew up on the south coast of England a mile from the beach. He has been living and working in the US since mid-90’s, after being part of a company that played a strong role pioneering digital imaging into the photographic industry, he then moved more into computer management and networks. In America Peter has lived in Kansas, California, Pennsylvania and now Ohio. He spent 20 years in Managed Services, some was with his own company in Pennsylvania. While at a Service Provider here in Ohio one of his accounts for five year was OneEighty. In 2019 they moved their IT management inhouse and Peter was lucky enough to become an employee and now manage all things technology for them. Peter has been married for 20+ years to his 2nd wife, he has 2 children and 3 grandchildren in England, with the aid of technology they are in constant contact, although he does try to travel back to England as often as possible. Hobbies, a huge Philadelphia sports fan and a Marvel nut with a Tony Stark alter ego.
Director: Gina L. Patterson, Psy.D. | Clinical Director
The Housing Department focuses on providing financial assistance and related supportive services to those in Wayne County who are experiencing a housing crisis. Services may include financial assistance with things such as a security deposit or short-term rental assistance, case management, and referrals to a more appropriate resource depending on the clients needs. If anyone is in need of rental assistance and is wondering if they are eligible for assistance, a voicemail can be left for the housing department by calling 330-804-5854 and someone will return their call to discuss what options may be available.
Meet the Staff
Nicole Kilinger, Supportive Services Coordinator
Nicole Killinger is currently the Supportive Services Coordinator at OneEighty, Inc. As the Supportive Services Coordinator she manages the departments several different housing grants and oversee two housing case managers, Trina Pittman and Samantha Schauder. She graduated from Ashland University in December of 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. During college she had joined a sorority whose mission was to provide services to those struggling with poverty or obtaining basic needs. Over the years, she became more compassionate about wanting to help others and make a difference in their lives. She was hired by OneEighty, Inc. as a Housing Case Manager in February of 2017 where she began her journey of helping people find housing and create a stable environment. She was promoted to Supportive Services Coordinator in January of 2019.
One day she hopes to become a Marriage and Family Therapist. Her dream is to incorporate yoga into therapy. For now, she enjoys home yoga practices so she can enjoy as much time with my husband and three children as possible.
Samantha Schauder, Housing Case Manager
Samantha helps with rental assistance and budget planning, landlord advocacy connecting clients with other resources in the community. Her goal is to support and help, those struggling with housing, by giving them tools they can use and by helping with budget planning so they can become self-sufficient and get back on their feet. Also, getting clients connected with other agencies that can help them further succeed. Samantha worked as a sexual assault and domestic violence advocate before coming to OneEighty.
She is a wife and mother of two who enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and working on home improvements.
