The COVID-19 pandemic has created challenging times for many — and OneEighty is not immune. There is more demand for mental health services than ever before, and restrictions and stress created by the pandemic have also accelerated domestic violence and drug abuse. By making a donation to OneEighty, you are making a donation that supports your community during this time of need.
Serving Those That Need It Most
Because OneEighty is considered an essential healthcare provider in the state of Ohio, our facilities remained open, even while the state was in full “shutdown” mode. While overall admissions decreased during this period, the emergency shelter actually saw an 16% increase in admissions. When Ohio reopened in May, total admissions surged by 67%, highlighting the significant needs that arose during this time. The introduction of a new transportation service and supplying staff and clients with face masks introduced new costs to the programs.
How to Give
