Personalized Addiction Treatment That Fits Your Life

Taking the first step can be overwhelming, but you don't have to do it alone. OneEighty provides confidential outpatient substance use treatment for adults throughout Wayne and Holmes counties. Every client begins with a comprehensive assessment so our clinicians can recommend the most appropriate treatment plan based on goals, history, and current needs.

Our evidence-based approach focuses on treating the whole person while helping individuals build the skills and confidence needed for lasting recovery.

Outpatient Substance Use Services

Whether you're beginning treatment for the first time, inquiring for a loved one, or continuing your recovery journey, OneEighty offers a range of outpatient addiction treatment services.

Individual Counseling

Meet one-on-one with a licensed counselor to better understand the underlying causes of addiction, identify triggers, develop healthy coping strategies, and work toward long-term recovery.

Group Counseling

Connect with others who understand what you're experiencing. Group therapy provides encouragement, accountability, education, and practical recovery skills in a supportive environment.

Family Counseling

Addiction affects the entire family. Family counseling helps strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and create healthier relationships that support recovery.

Crisis Intervention

If you or a loved one is experiencing a substance use crisis, our team provides immediate assessment, stabilization, and referrals to the appropriate level of care.

Intensive Outpatient Programs

Some individuals benefit from additional structure while continuing to live at home.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Our Intensive Outpatient Program provides a higher level of support through structured group and individual therapy several days each week. IOP allows clients to continue working, attending school, or caring for family while receiving comprehensive addiction treatment.

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

Partial Hospitalization offers an even more intensive level of outpatient care with full-day treatment several days a week. PHP is often recommended as a step down from residential treatment or for individuals who need more support than traditional outpatient counseling provides.

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)

For many individuals recovering from opioid or alcohol addiction, Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) can improve long-term recovery outcomes. MAT combines FDA-approved medications, including buprenorphine (Suboxone) and Vivitrol (naltrexone), with counseling and behavioral therapies to help reduce cravings, prevent relapse, and support lasting recovery.

Our medical and counseling teams work together to determine whether MAT is an appropriate part of your individualized treatment plan.

Comprehensive Care for Lasting Recovery

Recovery often involves more than counseling alone. OneEighty provides additional outpatient services to support your overall health and well-being, including:

  • Psychiatric evaluation and medication management for co-occurring mental health conditions
  • Urine drug screening
  • Hepatitis C treatment and HIV screening
  • Problem gambling counseling
  • Case management and community resource referrals
  • Telehealth services for eligible clients

By addressing both substance use and related physical or mental health concerns, we help clients build a stronger foundation for lifelong recovery.
