Executives and Special Project Coordinator

The “doers” of any organization starts with the Executive Director or CEO. These individuals are goal-driven, possess a high degree of motivation and energy. They are responsible for the day-to-day operations, strategic planning, working with the board of directors, and operating within a budget. Though their most important trait is their passion for the organization's mission. Executive Directors are only as successful as the staff they motivate, the community they care about, and the culture they create and cultivate.

The backbone of any organization some would say is comprised of the Executive Assistants and Special Project Coordinators. Executive Assistants and Special Project Coordinators anticipate the needs of the Executive Director and agency, keep things organized and running smoothly, tackling tasks that could affect the success of the agency, and have the drive to work independently.
