We’re Proud of the Recovery We Support

You Are a Vital Part of Our Referral Program

At OneEighty, we’re proud of the recovery we support. We know you’re in a position to make critical decisions about helping people find appropriate treatment. And we believe it’s very important that you understand what really happens in our treatment program before you refer clients so that you can trust referring them to OneEighty. We understand you don’t have time to drive around and visit every treatment program in the area, although we would certainly welcome a visit. That’s why we’re making this introduction. And we’ll be offering our Referral Newsletter on a quarterly basis, to keep you up to date on OneEighty’s current programs and services.

Identifying the Need for Recovery

The hardest part of recovery is getting started. An individual may be experiencing negative consequences due to their substance use — whether they’re at risk of losing their job, losing their driving privileges, divorce, losing their children — it doesn’t matter what the crisis is, our job is to work with them to discover the internal motivation to get sober and stay clean. This begins when clients begin to understand that recovery is necessary and achievable, and that every person has their own goals and path to recovery.

OneEighty Offers a Full Continuum of Care

At the heart of all we do you will find a dedicated staff that’s committed to meeting our clients where they are. That means that our team helps each client develop goals and an individualized plan of care. This is something we do extremely well because we offer a full continuum of care.

We are able to provide care for a number of clients on an outpatient basis or through our intensive outpatient program. Our aim is to provide just the right amount of care at the right time, in the least restrictive environment. However, if a client needs residential treatment or detox, we provide that level of care as well. We really try to treat the whole person. Because we offer a continuum of care, we’re able to provide a comprehensive range of support.

For those who have difficulty maintaining abstinence in our programs, we can transfer them to a program that better suits their needs. We offer intensive outpatient three hours a day, three days a week — in the morning, afternoon, and evening so we can accommodate people’s schedules. Partial hospitalization programs are five days a week, four hours a day. With these programs, clients can still live at home and potentially go to work. The real beauty of the continuum of care we offer at OneEighty is that we can adapt our services to meet our clients’ needs. If we have a client in residential treatment and they’re doing quite well, they can step down into partial hospitalization, and eventually step down into intensive outpatient. On the other hand, if they experience a life crisis — suppose their mother dies and they’re hitting a really rough patch, or they relapse — we can move them back up the continuum of care to better meet their needs.

Treatment Modalities that Work

At OneEighty, we pride ourselves on being a state-of-the-art facility and on being early adopters for different types of evidence-based treatment processes that produce positive outcomes. That mean we integrate a number of therapeutic treatments into our partial hospitalization Program and Intensive Outpatient Program, including:

Trauma-Informed Care – a therapeutic approach that acknowledges the need to understand a clients’s life experiences in order to deliver effective care.

Matrix Model – a structured, multi-component behavioral treatment model that consists of evidence-based practices, including relapse prevention, family therapy, group therapy, psychoeducation, and self-help – delivered in a sequential and clinically coordinated manner.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – a structured, goal-oriented type of talk therapy.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) – talk therapy for people who experience emotions very intensely.

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) – the use of medications in combination with counseling and behavioral therapies.

12-Step Interventions – assertive community-based treatment integration with an active engagement strategy for relapse prevention and sustainable substance use recovery.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) – mental health treatment technique that involves moving your eyes a specific way while clients process traumatic memories.

Motivational Interviewing (MI) – an evidence-based treatment that addresses ambivalence to change.

Supportive Housing – including rapid rehousing, transitional recovery housing, and recovery housing.
