OneEighty Top Workplaces Winner
OneEighty, for the 3rd year in a row, has been designated a Top Workplaces winner by Cleveland.com and the Plain Dealer. The Top Workplaces designation was awarded to 212 companies in northeast Ohio. OneEighty competed in the small business category.

Employers in Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Erie, Geauga, Lake, Lorain, Medina, Portage, Stark, Summit, and Wayne counties, ranked best in employee surveys conducted by engagement expert Energage. Employees participated in an anonymous survey regarding employee engagement, cultural drivers, and benefit opportunities.
OneEighty achieved a 75% survey completion rate among its employees, with most of the staff expressing that OneEighty’s mission is a constant source of motivation to perform at their best.
