OneEighty Top Workplaces Winner

OneEighty for the 2nd year in a row has been designated a Top Workplaces winner by the Cleveland.com and the Plain Dealer. This year there were 433 employers surveyed with 214 winners. These employers, with offices in Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Erie, Geauga, Lake, Lorain, Medina, Portage, Stark, Summit and Wayne counties, ranked best in employee surveys from employee engagement expert Energage. Employers could be public, private, nonprofit, or governmental. There is no cost to enter the Top Workplaces program.

Each employer is divided into 4 categories depending on the number of employees employed at each company. OneEighty is considered a small employer with 149 employees or fewer. In the small category 132 companies were designated Top Workplaces Winners out of 226 surveyed.
