How do I get help?

Call the main OneEighty number at 330-264-8498; our administrative team can help connect you to the support that you need during business hours. Individuals with a hearing or speech disability dial 711; to be automatically connected to a Telecommunications Relay Service (TRS) communications assistant. Our business hours are as follows: Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday 8 a.m.- 8 p.m. and Wednesday & Friday 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. We are closed weekends. During non-business hours, our main number can connect you with an appropriate aftercare/crisis line.

Do you accept walk-in appointments?

What do I need to bring for my first visit?

We ask that you bring a photo id or social security card/birth certificate, insurance card(s), and if employed 2 most recent pay stubs or W-2 to see if you qualify for any reduced fees. OneEighty will not deny access to services due to inability to pay. We offer a discounted/sliding fee schedule based on family size and income. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our main number at 330-264-8498.

Why do I have to fill out an assessment and how long will it take?

Our intake paperwork gives us information regarding your health and work history as well as giving us consent to bill insurance, transfer health records to our updated system, send out drug screens, apply for assistance through county funding to help pay for services, and agree to treatment at our facility. After the paperwork has been completed you will meet with a clinician for about an hour to go over your history and discuss what options would work best for your treatment.

What happens if I do not have insurance?

OneEighty will not deny access to services due to inability to pay. If we have proof of income or a lack of income, we can review whether you qualify for our sliding fee scale to see if the cost of services can be reduced. We have funding options to help cover services, such as the support we receive from our local Mental Health and Recovery Board. If your income is low, and meets outlined conditions, we may also suggest signing up for Medicaid to help cover the cost of services at our facility as well as others.
