Welcome to OneEighty! 
We are a dynamic, integrated health system operating multiple facilities and six major service programs: Addiction Services, Mental Health Services, Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Services, Rape Crisis Center, Housing and Supportive Services and Prevention and Education Services. 

Although the circumstances that brought you to particpate in our program may not be positive, we hope that you will be able to use the tools provided by OneEighty to improve your life situation.

Our addiction and substance abuse treatment services provide a comprehensive program that helps patients achieve a lasting recovery. Our drug and alcohol treatment programs are tailored to help each individual achieve success. We accept most major insurances, Medicaid/Medicare; and a sliding fee scale is also available for those who qualify.

OneEighty is certified in the State of Ohio to provide mental health services. Victims of domestic violence and those who have struggled with addiction frequently experience mental health challenges related to their experience. These conditions may range from anxiety and depression to severe trauma that interferes with the ability to lead a normal life. The mental health services provided by OneEighty help victims (including children) recover from the impact of these experiences. We offer mental health services in Wayne County and Holmes County from licensed counselors and social workers and accept most major insurances and Medicaid. A sliding fee scale is also available for those who qualify.

Our Housing and Supportive Services provides assistance to Wayne and Holmes Counties by working with the state and local agencies. OneEighty uses a “housing first” approach, believing that homelessness is first and foremost a housing problem and should be treated as such. OneEighty Housing & Supportive Services provides eligibility assessments and intakes 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.  Appointments are preferred but not required. Please contact the main office for more information (330)264-8498.  Outside of those hours, homeless persons seeking shelter and housing assistance should visit the Salvation Army, at 437 South Market Street, or call (330)264-4704.

OneEighty provides multiple prevention and education services in Wayne and Holmes Counties for community groups, schools, businesses, and individuals in the community. Our goal is to provide education about the effects of substance abuse, domestic violence, safe dating and other topics in a way which promotes positive mental health and wellness.

The Community Relations and Prevention Department also focuses on the prevention of substance abuse disorder through the development of protective factors. 

OneEighty is also involved with many community coalitions and groups such as WATCH-Wayne Anti-human Trafficking Coalition, The Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Coalition, The Suicide Prevention Coalition, The Partnership for a Drug Free Wayne County, and many others.

As the region’s rape crisis center, OneEighty provides a 24-Hour Crisis Hotline for victims of sexual violence, trained staff and volunteers, immediate response as part of Sexual Assault Response Teams (SART) and ongoing support and advocacy for victims.
