T.I. provides a leadership opportunity for local students who have made the commitment to prevent the abuse of alcohol and other drugs. T.I. Students pledge to promote healthy life choices among their peers and in their communities. These students meet regularly and host prevention events in their school districts.

We believe the strongest prevention strategies include community involvement! For this reason, our prevention department coordinates coalitions. These community-based groups are made up of volunteers from different areas of the community to focus on youth substance abuse prevention

Employers look to OneEighty to provide relevant and accurate Drug-Free Workplace (DFW) trainings. DFW is designed to help employers develop a safer and more cost-effective workplace. Employers who implement a drug-free workplace are choosing to keep their employees safe by reducing the chance of an accident caused by substance abuse. Once implemented, OneEighty can help businesses obtain (if eligible) a discount on workers' compensation premiums for up to five years. The Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation also offers financial grants to help offset the cost of implementing a program.
